![]() They did not have time to do an inspection at drop off due to a flight landing and several people were waiting in line. ![]() I believe the tiny dents were either already on the car and we didn’t see them, or the car was subjected to hail some time after I dropped it off. They did not inspect the car on the lot but drove it to another location at an unknown time. They cannot tell me when the car was inspected and the photos are not time/date stamped by their own admission. PurCo sent me blurry photos of the supposed hail damage and a photo of the odometer with an additional 21 miles. Two months after the car was returned, I received a letter from PurCo Fleet Services stating that the car had hail damage, we were responsible and they would be charging my credit card. Our trip was uneventful and the weather was nearly perfect except for some light rain one day for few minutes. ![]() There were several areas on the car with damage and were noted on the inspection. I rented a car from Hertz at the Rapid City airport in June 2021.
